Tour of the main sights of Natal
This tour takes about 7 hours. We will be driving along the South Coast Pirangi Beach, and this sightseeing tour covers the major sights of Natal, including the urban beaches of Ponta Negra, Via Costeira, Areia Preta, Paria do Artista, Praia do Meio, and Praia do Forte. Following this, we then go along the historical and cultural neighborhoods of Ribeira, before going to the downtown of Natal City. The tour passes by the Casa do Historiador, Câmara Cascudo, Solar Bela Vista, Capitania das Artes, Church, the Square (where the City Hall, Legislative Assembly, and the Court of Justice building are situated), the Metropolitana Cathedral, Tourism and Handicrafts Center. The tour continues through the central region of the city, towards the south coast (Pirangi Beach), past the Barreira do Inferno, Cotovelo Beach, reaching Pirangi Beach (South Coast), the location of the largest cashew tree in the world.
This is a tour of the Brazilian Caribbean. It is located on the North Coast. Maracajaú is one of those beaches of Brazil where the sea is crystal clear and perfect for snorkeling and swimming. It is really a paradise with its clear water, wilderness, and pools full of coral and colorful fish. This beach is 40 miles away from the hotel.
Formosa Bay
Formosa Bay Beach is located in the extreme south of the state, near the border of Paraíba. Formosa Bay has one of the few existing nature reserves of the Atlantic Forest of Brazil, the Mata Estrela, which occupies an area of 2,500 hectares, it’s 59 miles from Natal.
Cacimbinha and Pipa
Before arriving at the famous Pipa Beach, we stop by the Cacimbinha Beach, which is accessed by a staircase built along the cliffs. When we ascend the natural staircase and reach the top of the sea wall, we view the wonderful blue sea and white sand beaches below. It is 52 miles from Natal.
Buggy
We leave the hotel and travel towards Jacumã Beach by dune buggy. The route follows many beaches and lagoons of the north coast. It’s an indescribable adventure marked by the exciting ups and downs of the sands and dunes. This tour really reveals the beauty and charm of Rio Grande do Norte, which is known throughout the four corners of the world. The tour also has a lot of fun surprises, which include an exotic camel ride. When you ride the camel, you may feel as if you are in an imaginary desert on the northeastern coast. Other exciting attractions are the “aerobunda” (a zip line down a dune into the water) and “esquibunda” (a sled ride down a dune). The distance from Natal to the Beach is 28 miles.

Praia de Barra do Cunhaú is a friendly fishing village in the municipality of Canguaretama. As the beach is protected from strong winds, the waves are small and calm. The main attractions are the natural pools, Boca da Barra, and the beautiful mangroves, with 40 km square, that serve as a perfect pond for shrimp, oysters, crabs, and other marine animals. After this, we take an eco-tour on a boat with two stops: one in mangroves and another in Restinga Beach, where there are natural pools. 90 km from the hotel.
