Ground Beef recipe

Ingredients:
1 pound ground beef

1 cup soft bread crumbs

1 1/2 teaspoon salt

1/8 teaspoon pepper

2 tablespoons Canola oil

1 1/2 cups corn kernels

1 medium onion, sliced

1 large can of tomatoes, drained and diced

Preparation Instructions:
Mix ground beef, bread crumbs, 1 teaspoon salt, and pepper.

Heat oil in a skillet and cook the meat mixture, stirring frequently, until well browned.

Add corn and onion, and sprinkle withthe remaining 1/2 teaspoon of salt.

Add tomatoes, cover, and simmer for 25 minutes.

Grilled Beef Kebabs recipe
Ingredients:
1 pound of ground beef.
1 cup of onion, finely chopped.
½ cup of chopped fresh cilantro, lightly packed.
1 tablespoon of sliced jalapeno chilis.
1 tablespoon of melted butter.
¾ teaspoon of garam masala.
½ teaspoon of black pepper.
Salt, to taste.
Vegetable oil, to brush the grill with.

Preparation Instructions:
Combine all ingredients thoroughly and shape into logs that can be placed onto skewers.

Cook on the grill, about 2 inches from the heat source, for about 3 minutes on each side.

Crockpot Beef Casserole recipe

Ingredients:
1 ½ lb stewing steak.
2 cups of beef stock.
1 oz plain flour.
2 tablespoons of oil.
3 medium carrots.
2 large onions.
Salt and pepper.

Preparation Instructions:
Cut the beef steak into one-inch dice and toss in the flour, seasoned with the salt and pepper. Brown on all sides in the oil, then remove from the pan. Slice the onions thinly and cook them in the oil until they are soft and golden.

Thinly slice the carrots and put them in the crockpot. Top with the sliced onions and the beef. Add any remaining flour to the fat in the pan and cook for 2 minutes, stirring constantly. Work in the stock and stir over low heat until the mixture comes to a boil. Pour into the crockpot, cover, and cook on high for 30 minutes, then on low for 6 hours.

Crispy Beef Bites recipe

Ingredients:
2 pounds of cooked beef sirloin roast.
3 large eggs, beaten.
3 cups of vegetable oil.
1 1/2 cups of all-purpose flour.
1 tablespoon of all-purpose flour.
6 tablespoons of milk.
4 teaspoons of salt.
1/4 teaspoon of ground black pepper.

Preparation Instructions:

Makes 8 servings.
