Baked Bananas recipe

Ingredients:
4 firm bananas.
2 medium lemons, grated rind and juice.
¼ cup of brown sugar.
¼ cup of melted butter.

Directions:

Top of the bananas with butter.

Serve as desired.

Banana a La Creole recipe

Ingredients:
14 bananas.
4 tablespoons of water.
4 tablespoons of brown sugar.
6 tablespoons of lime juice.
2 tablespoons of sugar.
1 cup of cream.
2 grated coconuts, remove dark skin before grating.
1 orange.

Directions:
Slice 12 bananas and arrange in layers in a greased oven-proof dish. Sprinkle the lime juice, water, and sugar between each of the layers.

Bake the bananas until they turn a reddish colour. Then leave them to cool.

Whip the cream, gradually adding the sugar. Once whipped, stir in half of the grated coconut and spread the mixture over the baked bananas. Sprinkle the remaining coconut on the top.

Chill.

Slice the 2 remaining bananas and dip them in lime. Arrange the orange sections alternately on top.

Banana and Blueberry Smoothie recipe

Ingredients:
1 cup of plain.
½ cup of blueberries.
2 bananas.

Directions:
Peel the bananas, slice thickly, and place on a baking tray.

Put in the freezer and freeze until solid.

Remove the tray from the freezer and place the banana slices in a blender.

Slice the blueberries and add them to the blender.

Pour into the blender.

Blend until smooth.

Pour into a glass and serve.

Banana Boats recipe
Ingredients:
1 x Banana.
Raisins.
Chocolate chips.
Mini marshmallows.

Directions:
Partially peel the banana.

Cut a wedge-shaped section in the side of the banana and remove the wedge.

In the space, chocolate chips and mini marshmallows.

Cover the banana with the banana peel and wrap it tightly in foil.

Place in coals (or a warm oven or grill) for about 5 minutes or until the chocolate and marshmallows are melted.

Banana Bread recipe

Ingredients:
2 eggs.
1 ¼ cups of sifted flour.
1 cup of sugar.
¾ cup of mashed very ripe banana.
½ cup of shortening.
1 teaspoon of vanilla.
¾ teaspoon of baking soda.
½ teaspoon of salt.
Directions:
Cream the shortening and sugar until fluffy.

Add the eggs and beat thoroughly.

Stir in the banana and the vanilla.

Pour into a greased loaf pan and bake at 350°F (175°C) for about 30 minutes.
